Last weekend we planned our Amsterdam Ravers meetup in Utrecht.
Unfortunately, it was going to rain all day. But we found the perfect spot!
After we gathered at 12:00 at the Central Station, we walked to our location. Our previous meetups in Utrecht took place around the city center and the park. But this time we had to walk in the other direction of the station.
The location is called Beton-T, and it's quite new. It's an experimental town square. The looks of this place are very urban and industrial. Every now and then they host events there. This can vary from concerts to art expositions.
Since it was raining, we were looking out for a roof. And Beton-T definitely has a good one. The surface is also very important. If it has too much grip, it's very exhausting to dance on it all day. But the surface was perfect over here.
We had a visitor from the Shuffle Dance community in Paris and also some of our students joined this meetup. We danced the choreo that we taught in our classes and made a cool video with everyone!
